Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team in handling various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent orgnisational skills, multitasking proficiency, and strong communication abilities. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced work environment while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with general administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing calendars
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, including arranging conference rooms and scheduling appointments
  • Assist with data entry, file organization, and maintaining office supplies inventory
  • Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations within the office environment

Requirements

  • Experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with office management software (e.g., QuickBooks, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with fundamental accounting principles

Schedule

Part-Time (approximately 20-25 hours per week)
